How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored at my address for business.

We keep your personal information (personal information, pre-programme questionnaires, coaching/service related notes/files and feedback forms), for 3 years, unless you request otherwise. After this, we will delete any personal identifiers from these records. Any paper records will be stored securely in a locked away space and shredded before getting rid of them.

We keep your personal information (submitted through signing up on the website for communications) until you ask to be removed from the communications. We will then dispose your information by deleting all data relating to you (including name, email address and contact information).

Our company is hosted on the WordPress.com platform. WordPress.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through WordPress.com’s data storage, databases and the general WordPress.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

All direct payment gateways offered by WordPress.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
